He says that the business was his father’s but he helped him selling popsicles and later he decided to buy the business from his father, at the age of 19 in order to continue working by himself. As this has been his only business, he hopes to have increased earnings and thus to be able to sustain his family. He sells his products in the communities of Dalia and Jalapa, and along these lines, he would like to expand his products to the supermarkets. His expectation is to continue expanding his business in order to offer a better consumer product to his customer and to make more of an impact in his business.

Daniel is asking for a loan in order to buy raw materials that he needs such as plastic bags for packaging, sugar, food coloring, etc, since he thinks that with this loan he will be able to buy all the products for the preparation of his popsicles and to be able to better stock his business. His future plan is to be able to expand and his dream is to be able to have more income in order to invest in his business and to be able to fulfill his dream of having a larger business.
