Djromahuton Group's story

The Djromahuton Group is made up of fifteen members who live in the same district. The representative of the group is named Ayaba Jeannette and is shown in the photo with her hand raised. She a married woman who is 44 years of age, and her husband's name is Gualbert. The couple has four children, all of whom attend school and who are their dependents. Ayaba Jeannette and her husband live with their children. Together they pay for all of the various household expenses.

Ayaba Jeannette was able to attend school through the secondary level. For nearly the past twenty years, Ayaba Jeannette has been running her business selling various products from her home. This allows her to pay for the daily needs of her family without too much difficulty. Ayaba Jeannette purchases her merchandise from a market in Benin.

Ayaba Jeannette would like to expand her business so that she can better meet customer demand. To do this, Ayaba Jeannette, together with the other members of the Djromahuton Group, are requesting their first loan from Alidé.
