Rosa Matilde's story

Rosa is 61 years old, divorced, and has three children who are independent adults. She started her own business many years ago. She sells fried foods. With the help of her children, she was able to purchase a cart to sell her fried foods. Even today, this is her livelihood. Currently she works selling her food on the corner by her house from Monday to Sunday from 2pm until 9pm. She will use this loan to purchase meat, drinks, corn, and other items. Her goal is to have a restaurant that is known for typical Ecuadorean foods.
