Rosa tiene 61 años de edad es divorciada y tiene 3 hijos ya que son mayores de edad por lo que son independientes. Ella empezó a emprender un propio negocio ya hace muchos años atrás la cual es la venta de fritada, con la ayuda de sus hijos ella se pudo comprar su carreta para ahí vender la fritadas y hasta el día de hoy es su sustento de vida. En la actualidad ella trabaja sola vendiendo sus fritadas en la esquina de su casa de lunes domingo desde las 2 de la tarde hasta las 9 de la noche. Con el préstamo quiere comprar carnes, bebidas, mote, etc. Su meta es llegar a tener un restaurante muy reconocido por tener las mejores comidas típicas del Ecuador.
