Jesukpego Group's story

The Jesukpego Group is made up of three people who live in the same neighborhood. The group's leader, Marcelline, is 40 years old. The couple [she and her husband] have two children, both in school and one of whom remains in their care. Marcelline and her husband live together with their children and, together, see to the various household expenses. Marcelline did not attend school. She has been selling foodstuffs from her home for nearly eight years. Marcelline undertakes her business with passion, which allows her to meet her needs and those of her children. She gets her supplies in the regions of Benin. With the goal of customer satisfaction, Marcelline, along with the other members of the Jesukpego Group, is seeking a fifth loan from Alidé. This loan will allow them to better meet customer demand and to make more of a profit. The preceding loans have been properly repaid.
