A loan of $700 helped to buy rice, beans and sugar.

Carlos Alberto's story

Carlos manages a store selling basic grains and basic staples. He lives with his family consisting of his wife and two children who are 12 and 7 years of age; all depend on him economically. The business is located at home and he and his wife tend to it daily since it’s the family’s main source of income.

He’s requesting a loan to buy basic grains like rice, beans and sugar among other products needed for the business. This loan will help his store have the desired products to tend to customers so that they will continue buying. His hope is to earn higher income so his children can stay in school and also so that he can help his parents.
