A loan of $2,200 helped a member buy vegetables to sell.

Mujeres De Azcurra Group's story

The 14 members of the group all rely on various activities, but they also also do activities together so that they can save a little for any unforeseen circumstances that might come up.

Rosa, one of these women, works selling vegetables on a street stall. She tells us that it is hard and exhausting work, but that it is her way of life, and with it she can help her family and give them everything they need. Rosa is a very hard-working and enterprising woman, and above all she is very positive and anxious to move forward.

She is asking for this loan to buy vegetables so that she can stock up and continue to have first-class products to offer her customers. The group members are all grateful for the help they get, as it will be very useful to them.
