Ketevan's story

From Vani district of West Georgia, Ketevan is 36 years old and lives with her husband, her 11-year-old son, and a daughter-in-law who is a pensioner. Ketevan works as a masseuse locally and earns a monthly income. Additionally, she runs an animal husbandry business consisting of a milk cow and two calves. The family produces cheese products which they sell at the local open market. Ketevan also grows nuts on agricultural land that she owns, selling 200-300 kg of them each year. The family also sows watermelons and melons on the family-owned land, selling on average 5000-7000 kg seasonally.

A very hard-working young woman with a great desire to get ahead, Ketevan has requested a loan to fence her agricultural land. She will also cultivate it and purchase nut saplings to plant and enlarge their garden. After several years, they will be able to harvest more products and sell for a good price. The increased income will be used to improve the family's living conditions and finance the education of her son. She awaits your support.
