San Juan Group's story

The committee named “San Juan” has 11 members. All of them are hardworking and humble women. Each one has her own business and they all strive to move forward on behalf of their families. All of the members are indigenous women who have the desire to work, which is why they established this committee.

Julia is a group member who does crochet work. She creates new designs of all types including clothing, quilts, tablecloths, and other items. Julia is very enterprising and always does innovative work that is attractive to her customers.

The loan she is requesting will be used to buy yarn and needles so that she can continue working and improving her craft.
