A loan of $675 helped to buy merchandise (capulanas, blouses, skirts, trousers, and other clothing).

Paula's story

Paula is married with one child, who is of school age. She lives in her own house with her family and also supports her mother, who lives with them.

She works as a merchant and runs a business in clothing sales. She will use this loan to buy merchandise, such as capulanas (traditional clothing in Mozambique), blouses, skirts, and trousers. This will allow her to expand the quantity of her products and satisfy the demand of her clientele.

In the future, she hopes to obtain a means of transport to carry her merchandise. Therefore, she is committed to dutifully paying off this loan in order to continue working with Hluvuku.

Her challenge is to expand her business and liquidate her loan as soon as possible, in order to apply for another.
