A loan of $1,000 helped to buy a freezer for his business.

Pablino's story

Estelí, the city nicknamed "the Diamond of the Segovias," is located in the northern part of Nicaragua. Pablino is a native of this city. He lives with his partner, with whom he has two children that are studying in the university. Pablino is a responsible person with a big vision for his business. He works hard to be able to give his family the best. Currently, Pablino works as a security guard at a university as well as in two other businesses. He operates a bookstore out of his home and he also recently opened a shop selling chicken meat as well as eggs from another location in the city. He attends to these businesses in his free time with the help of his children. Pablino is requesting this loan to buy a freezer with the capacity to store 500 pounds of meat, which he will use in his newest business. His whole family is motivated and grateful for this loan and support from Kiva and Ceprodel. This will make it possible to improve the family's financial situation and, at the same time, create work for them.
