Sit S. L. is 28 years of age, living as a housewife in Kampong Cham province. He husband, Bun Thol, is also 28 years old and is a head construction worker ranked directly beneath the group’s foreman. He aspires to be foreman himself someday and earn a better salary. Right now he earns $7 (US) per day which is a fair wage in his line of work. They only have one child right now to support. This small business loan will mostly go towards purchasing her husband construction tools to enable him to perform better as a construction worker and hopefully someday lead to his advancement.
