A loan of $575 helped to buy spare parts and to take his vehicle to the mechanic.

David's story

David is 33 years old and is a young, friendly entrepreneur. He is married and lives with his wife, their young daughter, his two sisters and his three nieces and nephews. They all live together in his house. David works in transportation for which he owns a motorcycle taxi. It is his own vehicle, which he bought with his savings. Along with this, he also makes a living from typing out reports and any type of document requested. He has been working in both for seven years and has always worked alone.

He believes his businesses are profitable because of the demand and the income it provides. He enjoys his work as it provides him income with which to pay the household expenses, as well as the education of his young daughter, who is his motivation to move forward. He also plans to expand his typing business to including the scanning of documents, since in the area where he lives, he is the only person who provides that service.

This would be his forth loan with the institution MFP. He is very pleased with his communal bank group and believes that everyone is responsible and will fulfill their commitments

With the amount requested of 1500 nuevos soles, he will buy spare parts for his motorcycle taxi and pay for its maintenance, hoping to have his work tool in operation.
