NONVIGNON is a group made up of three members who live in the same neighborhood.

The group's representative, Blandine, is raising her hand in the photo. She is 39 years old and married to a man named Maximin. The couple have three children, some of whom are in school. All three of their children are their dependents. Blandine lives with her husband and children and takes care of the various expenses of the household with her husband.

She has been selling telephone recharge cards as well as PUR water purifier sachets in her neighborhood for almost 18 years. She buys her merchandise at a market located in Benin.

It is the third time that Blandine and the other members of the NONVIGNON group are requesting financial assistance from Alidé in order to bolster their working capital and their business, and to better meet their customers' expectations.

NONVIGNON est un groupe de trois personnes, dont les membres résident dans le même quartier. La représentante du groupe, Blandine (dont la main est levée sur la photo), est âgée de 39 ans et est mariée à un certain Maximin. Le couple a trois enfants, dont certains sont scolarisés et tous à leur charge. Blandine vit ensemble avec son mari et ses enfants. Blandine assure avec son mari, les diverses charges de la maison. Depuis près de dix huit ans, Blandine vend des cartes de recharges téléphoniques et des sachets de pur water dans son quartier. Blandine s’approvisionne dans un marché du Bénin. C’est la troisième fois que Blandine et les autres membres du groupe NONVIGNON sollicitent l’appui financier de ALIDé en vue de renforcer leur fonds de roulement et leur activité et de mieux répondre aux exigences de leur clientèle. Les crédits reçus antérieurement ont été bien remboursés.

Alidé is a Beninese NGO that works to reduce poverty by offering sustainable access to productive loans like this one in addition to savings, training sessions, and social work to low-income families.

Supporters of this loan should be aware that there is some risk of being repaid late. Because the Beninois Ministry of Finance has imposed restrictions on the amount of money Alidé can send to Kiva, the organization can only send monthly repayments in installments smaller than $13,000. This means that some Kiva lenders may receive their repayments late. However, Alidé remains a healthy institution in good standing with its creditors, and Kiva would like to continue working to support its clients. This is a Group Loan
