A loan of $800 helped to buy agricultural materials to grow corn.

Olga Esperanza's story

Olga is 58 years old. She is married and has four children. She has been a farmer since she was very small, learning it from her father. She lives with her husband, who helps her cultivate 14,000 square meters of corn. She also is a merchant, selling basic necessity products. With her husband she gets up at 4:30 a.m. to milk cows and then goes out to the corn until 9:00 a.m. Her husband keeps working and she goes home to open her little store.

The loan she is asking Fundación Campo for is to buy agricultural materials to grow corn. This way, she will have feed for her cows and they will produce milk. Her objective is to acquire merchandise so she can stock her store more and buy two more cows.
