A loan of $600 helped to buy corn, meat, vegetables, oil and others.

Silvia Yanira's story

Silvia, 48, has lived for many years in her own house with her three children who help out with household expenses. Silvia works making ‘pupusas’ [filled, grilled corncakes], meat pies, fried manioc, turnovers, enchiladas and other types of traditional dishes that sell well because they can either be snacks or a main meal which is why people sometimes buy them every day. Silvia is a hardworking woman who very much wants to improve her life which is why she’s asking Integral for a loan to buy raw materials like corn, meat, vegetables, oil, beans, cheese and others to increase production capacity and thus significantly increase sales.
