Ana Emerita
Ana, 41, is a person who works very hard to support her home. She lives just with her three children since her husband is in the United States; he sends her monthly stipends. In order to have a better life, Ana sells tortillas and recently started making ‘pupusas’ [filled, grilled corncakes], pretty demanding work but worthwhile for her children’s wellbeing. Ana is asking Integral for a loan to buy larger amounts of basic grains like corn and beans as well as cheese, vegetables and both cold and hot beverages to serve alongside the pupusas. With this, Ana will improve her sales which is of utmost importance to her.
