A loan of $1,500 helped to buy ingredients to make turnovers.

Candy Nattalli's story

Candy, 28, is single and works making and selling ‘tucumanas’ which are fried turnovers filled with minced meat. She has her stand in a very busy part of the city of La Paz and this loan is her fifth sequence in the institution. Candy will use the loan to buy ingredients like flour and oil at wholesale to make turnovers. Her reason for requesting this loan is the lack of working capital because her clientele has increased and she has wholesale orders to fill. The business challenge Candy faces is competition on every corner and across from her. She will use profits to continue supplying her customers and producing in larger amounts. Her wish for the future is to move into a more spacious environment.
