Nisrine's story

Nisrine is a 36-year-old single Lebanese woman living with her parents and only one working sibling.

In 2004, Nisrine started running her own shop selling accessories and souvenirs. She has a wide variety of home accessories, perfumes, and many other items. Her income is really essential to help her father with the family’s household expenses. Her story exemplifies the day-to-day challenges that the Lebanese woman faces in running a business while at the same supporting her family.
