Es soltero, tiene 2 pequeñas niñas de 7 y 4 años de edad. La pulpería de Rigoberto es administrada por su madre, tiene 5 años de tenerla, y sus planes futuros es llegar a convertirla en una miscelanea, al mismo tiempo que desea remodelar su casa para llegar a tener una casa digna. El préstamo lo requiere para comprar granos básicos y productos de limpieza ya que actualemnte cuenta con poca existencia de estos productos.
