A loan of $800 helped to buy corn for making and selling tamales.

Lucia Del Rosario's story

22-year-old Lucia lives with her husband and two young children while also living with her mother, stepfather, and siblings in the same house. Lucia makes a living making corn tamales that she sells from Monday to Friday throughout different commercial areas, which offers acceptable earnings that are fundamental to sustaining the home. Her mother helps with the business by splitting up the areas in which they sell.

Lucia asks for a loan from INTEGRAL through which she can buy a larger quantity of corn, and also buy an industrial stove and basin for making more tamales. She is a responsible mother and wife who desires to provide all the help that is needed to her life partner in order to have a better life.
