Ainur's story

Ainur is 39 years old, married and has three children. Her husband works as a construction worker. Looking for an additional source of income for her family, she began an animal raising business in 1991 from a starting capital of 5,000 soms (KGS). She successfully ran her business and was able to start growing various grain crops that she sells for profit and uses as fodder for her cattle. She also grows potatoes. Ainur also earns money by working as a cook in a local school. Thus, her family has a monthly budget of up to 25,000 soms (KGS).

In order to expand her business further, Ainur approached "Bai Tushum and Partners" with a request for a loan of 135,000 soms (KGS) in order to purchase some cows with calves and several heads of small-horned cattle. She wants to increase her business using profits from the loan. In the future, she plans to marry off her daughter and to improve the living conditions of her cattle by building a new barn.
