Srean is 52 years old. She is married and resides with three children in Kampong Cham Province, Cambodia.
She has been running a general store for more than ten years, earning approximately $5 per day. Her husband is a generator mechanic who earns about $12 daily. One of her children is employed in a casino and earns about $5 each day.
In order to improve her family’s finances, Srean is requesting a loan of $600 to purchase spare parts to resell. By doing so, she would earn more income for the family. In the future, she would like to expand the business and help her children earn higher education.
