A loan of $1,025 helped to grow chiles.

Jose's story

José is 53 years old. He is married and has two children. He currently lives with his family. He is asking for a loan to assist his chile plantation. This farmer wants to maintain his sweet chile crop in the best possible condition in order to then bring it to the market and sell it profitably, since he and his family depend on this economic activity to move ahead. According to his neighbors, he has demonstrated over the years that he is a hard-working man, and this attitude of self-improvement has brought him to undertake this great project, but due to the fact that he does not have the money necessary to continue with said project he is applying for a loan. This is the first loan that he has received from Fudecosur. He does not have other loans at state banks, but Fudecosur has given him the loan with better terms and a much lower interest rate.
