A loan of $525 helped to purchase corn, wood, lime, sweaters, blouses, pants and shirts for her business.

Antonia Del Carmen's story

Antonia has been making and selling tortillas from her home for 11 years. Her main customers are her neighbours.

Antonia is well known among her neighbours for her kindness, her honesty and her gift of service. She has taken several loans with Prisma and has been punctual. She now wants to invest her loan in purchasing corn, wood and lime wholesale as its more convenient. Also, she will invest part of the loan in buying sweaters, blouses, pants and shirts; this is also part of her business. Her desire to succeed motivates her to work hard.

Antonia wants to take advantage of the holiday season to boost sales. She receives support from her husband and their children to accomplish these activities.
