Abed Al Rahman
Abed Al Rahman is a 39-year-old married man and the father of five children. He has been a taxi driver since 1994. He works hard to ensure an adequate standard of living for his family. Abed Al Rahman suffers like almost all of the Palestinian refugees living in Lebanon from a lack of work opportunities, which is why he is stuck in the taxi business.

Abed Al Rahman applied for a loan from Kiva's partner Al Majmoua in order to do necessary maintenance on his car and to pay what is left on the price of his house. He is looking forward to buying his own car and taxi driving license to get rid of the burden of renting a car. Abed Al Rahman devotes his life to his family and works hard to satisfy them with an increased income. He is grateful for this opportunity that will help him a lot in ensuring his development.
