Hae is 44 years old. She is married and resides with four children in Kampong Chhnang Province, Cambodia. She has been involved in cultivating rice and fattening up animals for more than 10 years, earning approximately 2 USD daily. Her husband (who is joining her in the picture) runs the taxi service (motor taxi). He earns about 4 USD each day. Two of her children are construction workers. They earn about 6 USD per day. In order to improve her family’s finances, Hae is requesting a loan of 700 USD to purchase farmland to use for farming. This purchase will help her obtain more land to grow rice and earn more income for the family. In the future, she would like to run an additional business and help her children earn bachelor’s degrees. Moreover, she hopes to rebuild her house to make it more convenient for her family.
