With that end in mind she came by Ceprodel’s offices to formalize the loan the granting of which gives her much personal satisfaction because she’ll reach her dream. The improvement of her living conditions and standard of living at home depends on this construction project.

Kenia es una joven Maestra de Educación Primaria comprometida con el desarrollo académico, imparte clases en un colegio de larreynaga, con mucho amor ella se traslada a su centro de labores a una distancia de aproximadamente 15 km, lo realiza diario, es soltera vive con su mama, con la que convine el apoyo mutuo madre e hija, esta joven manifestó tener una necesidad de mejorar la vivienda, anhelando tener la oportunidad de financiamiento para sufragar la necesidad antes planteada, con ese objetivo se presento a las oficinas de ceprodel para formalizar dicho crédito, lo que llena de satisfacción personal al ser beneficiada, por que lograra el sueño esperado, de esta obra dependerá mejorar las condiciones y nivel de vida en el hogar.

This loan is administered by Centro de Promocion del Desarrollo Local (CEPRODEL), one of Kiva’s larger partners in Central America. Founded in 1991 and based in Managua, Nicaragua, CEPRODEL specializes in the development and funding of housing cooperatives for traditionally marginalized communities, the provision of microfinance services to small businesses, and the promotion of innovative renewable energy projects. In addition, unlike many microfinance institutions in the area that have chosen to avoid the rural areas of the country due to the increased financial risk, CEPRODEL provides financial services to numerous clients in the agriculture and livestock industry. Supporting a borrower through CEPRODEL means contributing to the promotion and sustainability of this important work in Nicaragua.
