Vilma Amparo's story

Vilma, 56, is married and has three children. She lives in company of her husband and two of her children in an urban community in Trinidad, Santa Bárbara Department. She’s been selling merchandise like clothes for women, men and children, women’s underwear, sandals, bathing suits, pants, shocks and t-shirts. She says she’s satisfied with her business because she uses profits to support her family and cover basic needs. She thanks ODEF and Kiva for the opportunity of getting a loan and for the trust placed in her.
