She has a retail shop selling cosmetics and has been in this business for one year. She has applied for a loan of 1500000 Uganda shillings from MCDT-SACCO to buy more boxes of weaves, braids, cream relaxers and Vaseline. She sells to all categories of people, but at retail prices. She works seven days out of every week and works in a shop which she rents.

Her major business challenges include electricity, defaulters and the ever-increasing prices of cosmetics In Uganda. She aspires to own a fully stocked cosmetics shop and to build her own house. She resides in a rented house and the family has access to electricity, but not to piped water. Her monthly expenses include school fees, rent and electricity.
