A loan of $1,400 helped to buy perfumes, creams, cosmetics, and other beauty products.

Felicita Isabel's story

The Communal Bank Quiroga meets every fifteen days in the Quiroga parish of the town Calceta, where the people largely dedicate themselves to agriculture, raising animale, and selling their products.

This is where Felicita, who is fifty-seven years old, married, and has three older children and a little daughter live in their home. Her husband is retired.

Felicita is a housewife who dedicates herself to sales in order to obtain her own income. She sells Yanbal brand products (beauty supplies, cosmetics, perfumes, and accessories for women). She works four days a week and sells door-to-door. She shows her catalog so her clients can pick out what they need. She leaves a loan and covers two or three of the fees as her clients prefer. What she sells most are the perfumes and creams. She already has managed her business for five years and it is going very well for her.

This loan is to buy perfumes, creams, cosmetics, and other beauty products. She is a founding partner of the Communal Bank and also its president. She likes it because it it provides so much help for her friends and herself.

Her dream is to have a boutique and become the director of Yanbal.
