A loan of $400 helped to buy polo shirts and blouses.

Martha's story

Martha is one of those people who knows how to earn a living through effort and dedication. At the age of 56, she shares a beautiful life with her spouse Alejandro, with whom she succeeded in giving their children, who are now adults, an education that would allow them to live a good, independent life. They live in a well-constructed house which is in the process of becoming their own. She is the holder of a stall that she rents in the model market of her area so that she can operate her business, which is a shop for women's and children's clothing. She has been in this business for 10 years, making many friends and acquaintances who give good references for her business.

One of the things that intrigues her is counseling her customers in the selection of clothing that they might purchase, which makes her business very enjoyable, although sometimes she runs out of the items that she orders from her suppliers, causing her the loss of some customers.

Thanks to noticing an increase in monthly sales, she is making plans to place a wholesale order for clothing, with the goal of stocking up and thus satisfying her customers, who admire her very much for her good taste in the selection of clothing. This is going to be her fifth loan. She is very happy with the way she has been performing with her loans and with her responsible discharge of them. With the 1000 PEN, she will purchase merchandise consisting of clothing for women and children, among which priority will be given to polo shirts and blouses that she herself will select.
