Hien was born in 1980. She has a child who is learning at primary school. Her husband and she sell beverages to earn a living. Her family’s total earnings are about 5,500,000 VND per month.
She has participated in SEDA's credit program since 2009. In the last cycle, she borrowed 9,184,000 VND and repaid the loan on time. In this loan cycle, she would like to borrow 9,184,000 VND to buy tea leaves and coffee beans to make beverages in her beverage stall. She always wants to raise her children well.
The Center of Small Enterprise Development Assistance (SEDA) is a non-profit organization whose vision is to create “a society without poverty.” Founded in 2004, SEDA provides microfinance services to low-income and disadvantaged people in rural areas of Hanoi and the northern provinces of Vietnam through its Binh Minh Micro-Finance Program.
