A loan of $200 helped to purchase clothing such as polo shirts, tops, pants, blouses, etc.

David Cesar's story

David is a single, 22 year old man, who lives with his parents and siblings in the city of Ica. He is a very friendly, hardworking and enthusiastic person who is eager to succeed. Unfortunately, due to a lack of financial resources and due to the need to work to help his parents, David has not been able to study business administration, however he dreams of being able to do so soon. In his spare time he enjoys continuing to work and on some occasions his mother cooks a very delicious “arroz con pollo” to spoil him. On his own initiative and with a great deal of effort and dedication, David started a small business selling clothes for men, women and children. He starts working very early in the morning everyday and works approximately 8 hours a day. He believes he is doing well because he is very responsible and hardworking. David is very grateful to Kiva lenders because, thanks to their help, he will be able to purchase clothing, such as polo shirts, tops, pants and blouses, among other items, so that he will have the merchandise necessary to better stock his business. Thus, he expects to be able to improve his sales and increase his income, which will help him to expand his business so that he will be able to own his own shop in the not too distant future.
