A loan of $1,250 helped to purchase plastic and pipes to repair his greenhouse prior to the onset of cold weather, and also to purchase seeds for sowing.

Manvel's story

Manvel has been involved in an agricultural business in the city of Kapan for 12 years. He grows beans, cucumbers, onions, radishes, greens and the like in a greenhouse that he built himself. Manvel sells the produce to buyers from the city market. Thanks to the agricultural business, he is able to support his family and pay for his oldest son's education at the Kapan European University. Manvel is a construction worker by trade, and this fact allowed him to build the greenhouse by himself. His wife is a homemaker, and the youngest son helps the father to run the agricultural business. Manvel needs a loan in the amount of 500,000 dram to purchase plastic and pipes to repair his greenhouse prior to the onset of cold weather, and also to purchase seeds for sowing. This is Manvel's second time obtaining a loan from Nor Horizon, and he always repays on-time.
