Norma's story

Norma, 38, has just one goal in life that all her efforts and sacrifice are focused on: her family. Her spouse, Edgar, the father of her three children, Jordi, Kevin and Yoselin, has always been the motor and head of household for making decisions. They live together in a house build of substantial materials that they are currently renting.

Wishing to contribute to household expenses, she went out looking for an employment opportunity near the local transportation hub 8 years ago. Since then, she rises at dawn every day to sell food to her diners, a nutritious breakfast based on maca root and quinoa accompanied by delicious sandwiches she makes herself. Edgar works in transportation and takes her to work very early which is of great help to her.

Several drivers and morning travelers are on her list of regular customers because thanks to her charisma and good service she’s succeeded in turning her small business into a good source of income. Nevertheless, she feels that rising at dawn every day causes her to be exhausted on many occasions.

Because of her tasty dishes, several firms that are aware of the way she makes her sandwiches have been approaching her and have placed several orders for events and meetings and she wants to buy ingredients at wholesale to have on hand to fill these customer orders and to have backup capital ahead of time.
