A loan of $2,425 helped to purchase a minibus for her father's transportation service.

Irma's story

Irma is from Khashuri District. She is 24 years old and lives with her parents and two sisters.

The family earns their living through an agricultural business. In particular, they run a small dairy farm of three calves and three milk cows, whose milk is used for dairy products. In addition, they cultivate family-owned land, where different kinds of vegetables are grown; the harvested products are used for family needs. Besides this, Irma owns two pigs and produces hay for feeding the cattle.

Irma’s father serves the local people as a driver, with his own bus, and has a monthly income. The bus is old already and Irma requested a loan to purchase a minibus for him. This will give her father the opportunity to pay lower fuel costs and comfortably serve the local people. The family income will increase and they will be able to expand their agricultural business, as well as improve the family's living conditions. Irma awaits your support.
