A loan of $550 helped to buy stock merchandise for her store.

Amparo Del Socorro's story

Amparo, 51, is a merchant. She lives in the municipality of Nindiri in Masaya Department. She has her own business. For the last nine years, thanks to her efforts she’s always worked in her place of work which is a grocery store located in a space she rents in the Nindiri city hall. This activity arose when her husband became unemployed and they both decided to start this project which has given them good results. She sells to city hall employees so she never stops selling; she only takes Sunday off to spend time with her family. She feels very proud because she has been able to provide her children with schooling so that in future they can become good professionals who will help the country develop.

She needs to restock her store with more products like rice, beans, oil, sugar, red meat, white meat, soft-drinks, snacks, pastries, vegetables, natural sauces, varied fruit and Scott paper to provide better customer service in order to improve her income and continue to give her family better living conditions and schooling; this is her purpose. She’s asking Ceprodel for a loan to buy the things mentioned above for her store.
