Denis Isaac's story

Denis Isaac, 45, is single and has four children, ages 12, 7, 5 and 3. He is from Malpaisillo which is located in the northern part of the country. Malpaisillo is known for being an agricultural region. Denis is a very responsible, hard-working man who is determined to get ahead in life for his small children, and to give them a better future. He has a carpentry shop, in a specific location in town, where he makes furniture out of wood and iron. He has been in business for three years and started it to have a source of income to support the family and provide the necessary security. He is in need of a loan for working capital and to stock his company with wood and iron to make furniture. Denis Isaac is grateful for the help Kiva lenders give to people with scarce resources in poor countries such as Nicaragua so they can have decent jobs.
