A loan of $800 helped to buy snacks, ingredients to prepare cold drinks, ingredients to prepare hamburgers, a griddle to make pupusas, salsas, bread, meat, chicken, and flour to make tacos, and to pay a debt that she has with the institution.

Zulma Evelyn's story

Señora Zulma is 30 years old. She is married and has three children, ages 14, 8, and 3. She lives with her husband and her children. Her husband is a mason and works with his brothers. He also has a musical band.

Zulma, for her part, has been making snacks for 8 years, but she has more than 20 years of experience, since at the age of 8 she was selling enchiladas with her mother in the school cafeteria. She acquires all the ingredients in the city and she buys other products from a business delivery truck.

The loan that she is requesting from Fundación Campo will be used to buy snacks, ingredients to prepare cold drinks, ingredients to prepare hamburgers, a griddle for making pupusas, salsas, bread, meat, chicken, and flour to make tacos, and to pay off a debt that she has with the institution.

With the investment, her income will improve, since she will have more merchandise available to offer her customers. In addition, no one else sells hamburgers in the zone where she sells. Her wish is to buy a cafe so that she can have a more formal place where she cal sell all the delicious foods that she prepares.
