El dúo Creciendo con esfuerzo está a cargo de señora Martha Santos quien es la líder del grupo, ella tiene 36 años de edad y tiene 5 hijos, ella se dedica a la venta frutas( banano por mayor y menor) en el mercado de la comunidad, y también vende en su casa. Ella está solicitando nuevamente un crédito con este nuevo crédito lleva el tercero, ella tiene varios pedidos en la comunidad pero el dinero que tiene no le alcanza para comprar el banano que le falta por eso hace una nueva solicitud de préstamo,para la compra de banano ella no quiere quedarle mal a ningún cliente porque su sueño es que el negocio siga creciendo y aprovechar la oportunidad cuando se presente para que siempre la busquen y compren con ella.
