Ambo's story

Ambo, 29, is married to Mira, 25. They have two children: Nissa, 6, in primary school grade 2, and Iqbal, who is 10 months old. Ambo was taught by his mother to be independent. With capital from his parent, Ambo started his kiosk business. His business is located in a strategic place, near to a terminal where many people pass by. The challenge for Ambo in running the business is the capacity to renew and add more the business stock to meet the demand of his customers. He is only able to renew the stocks once a week in order to save the transport cost. Ambo has a plan to sell kerosene as demanded by his customers. To do so, he requested loan of 12,500,000 IDR (Indonesian rupiah) from TLM. He hopes that the loan would help him in improving the business.
