Jesman is a 38-year-old man who is married to Aryance, a 49-year-old lady. They are blessed with four children:
• Ade Irma, who is 16 years old and in the 2nd grade of Senior High school
• Moldi, who is 13 years old and in the 6th grade of elementary school
• Aldo, who is 10 years old and attending the 4th grade of elementary school and
• Rivaldo, who is 6 years old and attending the 1st grade of elementary school.

As his homeland provides him available resources to produce palm tree sugar, Jesman became interested in running this type of business when he was teenager. Besides producing sugar, Jesman also buys it from another distributor and then resells it on another island. Unfortunately, Jesman could not continue the business as he had very limited capital to support its operation. Therefore he has requested a loan from TLM for IDR 6,500,000 to buy liquid palm sugar and to expand his business by buying young cattle to be fattened. He is optimistic that the business would have a favorable effect on his family.
