A loan of $425 helped to buy livestock and increase livestock headcount.

Ikromjon's story

Ikromjon is a 32 year-old man. He is married and has four children. His wife is a homemaker and involved in raising children and also selling milk. Ikromjon is involved in animal husbandry and fattens up livestock at home. Because he did not have an opportunity to obtain education, he had to get involved in animal husbandry. Ikromjon has several heads of livestock at home and a dairy cow that gives ten liters of milk every day. His wife sells milk to their neighbors. Fattening up livestock is their only source of income and this is why they try to develop this business. The photograph shows Ikromjon with his horse that he uses to go to the mountains and bring fresh grass for livestock. Ikromjon wants to use this loan to buy livestock and increase livestock headcount. He is grateful in advance for the help and support.
