Naseem is a 44-year-old energetic and diligent woman. She lives in Punjab, Pakistan along her husband, four sons and daughter. Her husband is a stonemason and one son works as a tailor in a tailoring shop.

Naseem is an efficient beautician by profession. Since 2002 she has operated her own beauty salon. Her daughter is also a beautician and helps her mother in the business. Currently the beauty stock of the salon is almost finished therefore Naseem wants to purchase cosmetic products to continue her business. For that as a member of 9-person lending group she has requested a loan from Kiva's partner BRAC Pakistan to purchase beauty products like facial creams, lipstick, scrubs, makeup kits, hair colors and some other variety of products. With the profit she will extend her business more by opening one more beauty salon.
