A loan of $125 helped to buy feed for her animals.

Eva's story

Eva, age 37, is a modest woman. She lives in the company of her husband Magno, with whom she had three children. Of their children only one, Eli, lives with them, and they look after him in the house that she bought 15 years ago.

In the mornings she sells basic goods in a small shop that she set up in the front of her house. Her business is going very well for her, so she takes advantage to sell the cheese she makes, thanks to the milk produced by her cows. Actually Eva's primary economic activity is raising a lot of cows and sheep. She's developed this activity with the help of her husband, who feeds them and takes them to graze in the heights daily.

Now she wants to continue improving her animals in order to get better results. This is loan number 15 with MFP; in all this time she's shown herself to be punctual and responsible. Above all she likes belonging to her group "Virgen de Fátima" [Our Lady of Fátima], which is made up of supportive people with entrepreneurial spirits.

Eva will invest the money in the purchase of feed for her animals.
