A loan of $775 helped to get his driver's license.

Alexander's story

Alexander, 30, is a single, hardworking man. He lives with his mother who he cares for in the house he’s lived in since he was born. Every morning he rises very early because he has to work with his car providing transportation for people in various parts of the city. What he likes best is having his own job and watching over his progress and development. He also helps to cover household expenses. Despite being single, he helps his parents and siblings. Because of this, he works tirelessly, even all night, especially on weekends when profits are best.

He wants to improve his car’s quality now because he’d save on repair costs and other problems that arise with his car’s functioning. On the other hand, he is grateful for the support from his association because thanks to it he now has a new gas powered car which protects the environment and saves him money because it’s less expensive than gasoline.

He belongs to the “Rompiendo Fronteras” (Breaking down Borders) and this is his fourth MFP loan. He’s happy because he’ll have financial support and will feel more confident about making progress at work. He promises to make his installment payments. Besides, he enjoys being a member of his association.

Alexander will use the money to pay driver’s license fees which will lead to a higher level of transport.
