A loan of $700 helped to buy ten sacks of corn and five sacks of beans.

Ablawa's story

Ablawa is 42 years old, married and mother to seven children, all educated. The eldest is 23 years old and the youngest three. She has been selling food products, as well as a variety of other products, for some years and gets her supplies in one of the markets in Benin. As she does not have the necessary resources to boost her business and satisfy customer demand, Ablawa has requested and been granted a micro-loan from Finadev, so that she can maximise her profits and contribute to her children's education.
