A loan of $4,825 helped a member to buy summer clothing.

Mujeres Emprendedoras Group's story

Mujeres Emprendedoras Communal Bank was formed by 16 women, neighbors in the city of Mariano Roque Alonso. They decided to take advantage of the opportunity of working together to be able to get ahead through the efforts of all of them.

Ana's the president and a member of the group. She sells all types of clothing, including shirts, pants, shorts, t-shirts, and other garments. She says she has very good customers who always order from her. Thanks to this she's becoming very well known, so she has the income to be able to help her family.

She's requesting this loan to stock up on more types of clothing because summer's coming and she wants to be able to have summer clothes.
