A loan of $375 helped to buy fruits, sugarcane, coconuts, bags, and other supplies for his business of selling juices.

Darlin Miguel's story

Darlin is 21 years old and has a child. He lives with his parents and siblings in the Negrito municipality in Yoro. He works as a day worker and bricklayer.
His business has now been established for one year. He sells natural juices like sugarcane, orange, tamarind, ‘nance’ [a small, sweet, yellow fruit], and other fruits. He has this business at his house, and he also sells in an itinerant manner.

He is requesting a loan for 7,000 lempiras to buy raw material like sugarcane, fruit, bags, and others to make the juices and sell them in bags. With this investment he will keep the needed supplies on hand in order to always have a level of sales and to get income.

His goal is to create a natural juice franchise with a legalized brand in order to get money to build his own house.
