A loan of $275 helped purchase underwear, baby clothing, t-shirts, sheets and bedspreads.

Ofelia Del Carmen's story

Ofelia del Carmen has a retail clothing business in one of the markets in the city of León. She has been doing this to take care of her family. She arrives at her post at 5am to exhibit her products such as, sheets, women's and men's underwear, bedspreads, men's and women's shirts, to all of the customers that arrive from neighborhoods and communities in the countryside. She travels two times a week to the city of Managua to purchase her merchandise. She is currently applying for a loan, which she will directly invest in purchasing more underwear, baby clothing, t-shirts, sheets, and bedsheets. After getting the loan, she will be able to improve her earnings and stock her business with a variety of products and be able to improve her quality of life and that of her family. Mrs. Ofelia del Carmen is very grateful to Ceprodel since they have already helped her grow her business and be able to get ahead with her family, offering them a better education for her daughter. Her dream is to finish the construction on her home.
